| Riassunto: | Заглавие с титульного экрана The luminescence decay of industrial phosphors based on yttrium-aluminum garnet has beeninvestigated at the excitation by an electron beam. The ratio of slow and fast component amplitude in the kinetics of luminescence decay was estimated. It is shown that the luminescence decay time depends on the composition of the phosphor. The luminescence decay time can be used for analysis of the phosphors, to determine their quality. |
