The leaders of large organizations and managers at various levels every day are the choice of what decision should be taken which will be the most promising solution for a given situation of the enterprise. Today, the role of heuristics in decision-making managers reaches its greatest relevance, because it is these methods can include mental thinking employee to exercise creativity, generate ideas, to define the strategy and tactics in decision-making. This article will examine heuristics in decision-making engineering industry.
