This article describes some complications connection with transition of land to the life circle on the grounds of research the Land Information System and the business process of the company OJSC East-Siberian Oil and Gas Company. Based on this research of the new approach to organize of system transition of land between stages according to the law of the Krasnoyarsk region was proposed in this article.
