The article is devoted to a problem of master administration employees' pressure in Tomsk Polytechnic University. The parts are related to a student teaching, a scientific practice and different actions. The complete analysis of work process was carried out. Master administration employees make them manual. This work consist of manual creating of orders of themes and practice, reports and other documents, also work pressure report of master administration employees, distributing of master in teaching practice, organization of different events and meeting of teachers and masters, information of participants of events, confirmation of practice place and etc. The author has defined roles, which are included in the information system for producing of work organization with masters and their compatibility with the information system.
