Izvleček:	Заглавие с титульного экрана In this paper we describe information system of innovative development comprehensive assessment ofefficiency of AIRR regions. The research was made with financial support from the Russian Foundation forHumanities (RFH) in the frames of the scientific and research project of the RFH named “Design and approbation of an information system for complex performance evaluation of region innovative development(based on the example of the Association of innovative Russian regions)”, project ? 14-02-12015. The developed information system consists of two components: database (server component) and web-interface(client component). Web interface of the developed system allows to observe the values of different indicators and also to add some data (values of the source indicators) into the database.
