The article gives a brief analysis of investment attractiveness of AVTOVAZ. Probability of bankruptcy of AVTOVAZ is estimated by five-factor Altman's model and Springate's model. Recommendations for the purchase of shares of AVTOVAZ are given taking into account the long-term and short-term prospects.
