The splitting off and destruction of concrete via electro-blast technology have been described. Several series of experiments of multi-borehole electro-blast with electrical discharge initiation by exploding have been carried out. The volume of splitted concrete and total consumed energy in one series of electro-blast were estimated. Based on the experiments' results the efficiency of high voltage equipment is (0,85-0,9) m{3}/h.
