| Summary: | Заглавие с экрана The regularities of physicochemical processes occurring under coal dust particles heating by air flow were investigated by means of experimental setup of gas flow high-speed diagnostics. Qualitative and quantitative characteristics were determined for the processes of coal dust inert heating, moisture evaporation, thermal decomposition, forming of combustible gas mixture, volatiles and carbon oxidation. It was found that oxidizer temperature required for coal particles ignition is no less than 500 °С. The experimental results can be used for developing predictive models of technological processes fire hazard of dust-preparation systems at coal-fired thermal power plants. |
