The numerical model of heat processes in solids under the action of high-power pulsed beams of charged particles is presented. The role of physical properties dependences on temperature is analyzed. It is obtained that their accounting in calculations is particularly important in the range of low current density and for the substances with high heat conductivity coefficients.
