The experiments were carried out with the TEMP-4M ion accelerator, which consist of a capacitive storage - Marx generator, a water Blumlein pulse forming line and a diode with self magneticinsulation .We have found that when the primary spark gap, and in a controlled manner when starting pulse of negative polarity energy density distribution in the cross section IPI varies from pulse to pulse in the pulse series marginally.
