The article studies the relationship between neutron fluence and change the electrical conductivity. Relations, with which can calculate the fluence irradiated samples as with fast neutrons as with thermal ones during irradiation, were found analytically. It has been shown that one and the same washer of singlecrystalline silicon can comprise information about the fluence of fast and thermal neutrons.
