The article is devoted to the complex research on the development of the scientific foundations of Re-186 cyclotron for nuclear medicine.Described in detail experimental technique for obtaining Re-186 with high specific activity. Experimentally measured reaction cross section W-186(d, 2n)Re-186 in the energy range of deuterons from the reaction threshold to 13 MeV. Displaying experimental substantiation of possible obtaining Re-186 in sufficient quantities for the synthesis of a radiopharmaceutical (RFP).Are shown a comparison with the results of other studies.
