Are the open educational resources (OER) the risks for universities in that means "who will pay $54 000 a year, if it possible to learn for $ 6 000"?! It was held grouping interests of Stake holder’s world market of education (government, employers, universities, households), and was proved that these risks are more than arbitrary, as long as neither students nor the labor market is not ready to abandon diplomas and OER is the additional opportunities to attract finance resources into high school. |
