This article is focused on the development, realization and implementation of information managemen tsystem for Elite Education Engineering department of Tomsk Polytechnic University (EEE TPU). The requirements were specified with the department staff and students and were converted for database development. The concept model of the database in entity-relation view was developed. Physical model of database is developed and implementation of the database is the current focus of research.
