Application of genetic algorithm for solving tasks of scheduling at the University was considered. The results of a literature review of using genetic algorithm to solve this problem were discussed. The analysis of comparative advantages and disadvantages of methods under study was performed. The model of the University for researching of developed algorithm was created. The influence of the parameters GA on the convergence rate was investigated on the example of dissolving Diophantine equations.
