| Resumo: | Заглавие с титульного экрана A value, a place and a role of information technology in the improvement of the personnel management system at the enterprise is shown. Being based on information technologies the major tasks of personnel management are addressed, from planning staff schedules to personalized pension and tax accounting. For automation of personnel management service an information system - HRMS should be created, including software products of four groups. The analysis performed enables us to identify the best software products among Russian and foreign developers. |
