| Sumari: | Заглавие с титульного экрана The reasons for decisive confirmation of formation the national pay system (NPS) in Russia are analyzed in this article. Moreover, the paper consider the history of international pay systems emergence and describe the experience of Japan and China in developing own pay systems, which already compete with such big companies as Visa and MasterCard on the internal and external markets. Despite the necessity and obvious advantages of the NPS, the conclusion that in the near future Russia will depend on Visa and MasterCard is made. |
