Experienced test results have been obtained with desublimation of tungsten hexafluoride and tungsten that showed a good convergence with theoretical data. The proposed method of calculating the parameters of the process desublimation can be applied to similar calculations desublimation processes (condensation) of other substances, for maximum efficiency. |
