In the modern conditions a significant area became informational support, which consists of gathering and processing information necessary for making sound management decisions. To reach a qualitatively new level of management decisions allows information support of activity of management structures, which is the determining factor validity of accepted decisions and efficiency of functioning of a control system. Modern information management systems are designed to help professionals, managers, decision makers, in receiving timely, reliable, the necessary amount of information, creation of conditions for organization of automated offices, carrying out with the use of computers and communications operational meetings.
