It is shown that mechanochemical modification of humic acids in the presence of heavy metals promotes solid-state reactions by increasing of phenol and carboxyl groups in combination with aliphatic mixtures. When in aromatic ring the process of decreasing of carboxyl groups is stated. At the same time the intensity of polo absorbtion of Me-O connections is increasing.
