| Streszczenie: | Заглавие с экрана The characteristics of the hydrogen induction high-frequency plasma at the different absorbed power of discharge (from 50 to 250 watts) are studied. Investigations were carried out using a double Langmuir's probe. It is found that in this range during the growth of power, electron temperature decreases non-linearly up to 3 times, and the degree of ionization increases to 2 times. |
