| 要約: | Заглавие с экрана The thin films based on titanium oxide and oxynitride were obtained by reactive magnetron sputtering method. The physical and mechanical properties of the films were investigated. The surface morphology was analyzed using SEM. The MG63 osteosarcoma cell line was cultured on the films surfaces. According to results of cytotoxicity experiments the films are toxic for this type of cells. |
