| Resumo: | Заглавие с экрана Determination of hydrogen concentration in materials is a rather difficult task, as most analytical methods are not sensitive to hydrogen. RF-GD-OES defines both the surface and bulk composition quickly and with high sensitivity to all elements, for almost all solid materials. The purpose of this work was to investigate the distribution of hydrogen in titanium alloy VT1-0 by RF-GD-OES. There was selected electrolytic method of saturation and changing of hydrogen content depending from various parameters of saturation was researched. |
