The samples were irradiated with three pulses of 50 μs at an energy density 18 J/cm2, the current density (10-50) A/cm2 and electron energy -18 kV and the subsequent annealing at 580 ° C for 3 hours. The result of the study is to reduce the rate of sorption of hydrogen into the material, increasing the hardness of the material after treatment. |
