Impact of pulsed ion beams on the structure and properties of zirconium alloys

| Summary: | Заглавие с экрана Исследовано воздействие импульсного ионного пучка (ИИП) со следующими параметрами: длительность импульса 80 нc, энергия 200 КэВ и плотность тока 120 А/см2, энергия импульса ~ 1,5 Дж/см2 на сплав Zr 1 % Nb. Установлено, что воздействие импульсного ионного пучка формирует приповерхностный слой толщиной 1,5мкм с модифицированным структурно-фазовым состоянием. При воздействие на поверхность ИИП происходит уменьшение зерен и степени дефектности кристалла. Модифицированный сплав обладает более высокой твердостью по сравнению с исходным циркониевым сплавом. Однако, с увеличением количества импульсов до 4 нанотвердости циркониевого сплава уменьшается. |
