| Sumario: | A mathematical model is proposed for the process of thermal inspection of nometallic plates; with its help the basic relationships of temperature drops wre investigated. Using as an example the inspection of getinax plates, calculated and experimental data on the measurement of temperature fields are compared; on this basis conclusions are drawn about the possibilities of the thermal method.
