Sumari:The use of active thermal control technique is described for detection of air exfoliation under fresco at the plaster in thickness to 25 mm. The experimental infrared thermograms of specimens with defects are presented. Compatibility between the theoretical models and the experimental data is discussed. Simple inversion relationships are suggested for evaluation of position depth and exfoliation thickness.
