Summary:Based on mathematical approach method, computer modeling system was applied to dienes hydrogenation process optimization. Use of the system allows quantitative determination of sulfur consumption required for hydrogenation on nickel-containing catalyst. Research showed that the system might help to prolong catalyst life saving the desired quality of target products
