| Summary: | Выполнены детальные исследования иерархии структуры и фазового состава циркониевых нанокерамик (ZrO2-5.4 d.% Y2O3), изготовленных плазменным методом из нанопорошка, компактированного с применением ультразвука и без него. Обнаружена эффективность применения ультразвука в технологическом процессе производства нанокерамик, поскольку его использование приводит к уменьшению размера зерна (состоящего из пакета субзерен) и кластеров зерен в спеченных керамиках В фонде НТБ ТПУ отсутствует |
