Yhteenveto:	The globalization of economy and integration of higher education, require an adequate assessment of the educational programmes and quality of education provided by universities, results of research and research products of different countries of the world. To coordinate the joint efforts of educational institutions, research institutes and other organizations in the area of international accreditation of educational programmes and certification of educational, research, production services and specialists, the Foundation for International Accreditation and Certification Assistance (FIACA) has been established in Moscow.
