| Summary: | Заглавие с титульного листа В статье рассматривается проблема инженерной магистратуры как особого сегмента современной образовательной системы. С одной стороны, современная нормативно-законодательная база РФ позволяет гибко подойти к формированию и реализации основных образовательных программ магистратуры, правил приема и другим вопросам. Однако существуют и определенные противоречия в данном процессе, которые рассматриваются в статье. Изложены результаты эмпирического исследования студентов 1 курса магистратуры очного отделения инженерных специальностей методом глубинного полуструктурированного интервью. В исследование рассматривались проблемы мотивов поступления в магистратуру, ожидания студентов от дизайна магистерских программ, представления студентов о требованиях работодателей к бакалаврам и магистрам. Результаты исследования позволяют утверждать, что инженерная магистратура является частью непрерывного инженерного образования и должна рассматриваться именно в данном контексте, инженерная магистратура не предполагает смену направления подготовки. The article presents the problem of engineering master's degree as a special segment of the modern educational system. On the one hand, the modern regulatory and legislative framework of the Russian Federation allows for a flexible approach to the formation and implementation of the main educational programs of the magistracy, admission rules and other issues. But on the other hand, there are certain contradictions in this process, which are discussed in the article. The results of the empirical research of 1st year students of the full-time master's degree in engineering specialties by the method of in-depth semi-structured interview are presented. The study examined the problems of motives for enrolling in a master's program, students 'expectations from the design of master's programs, students' ideas about the requirements of employers for bachelor's and master's degrees. The results of the study allow us to assert that the engineering master's degree is a part of continuous engineering education and should be considered in this context, the engineering master's program does not imply a change in the direction of training. |
