| Shrnutí: | Заглавие с титульного листа Актуальность представленного к печати исследования определяется необходимостью дальнейшего поиска путей усовершенствования иноязычной подготовки студентов нелингвистических специальностей. Цель статьи: провести анализ научно-педагогической литературы по проблеме формирования межкультурной компетенции у студентов, изучающих иностранный язык для делового общения, предложить ряд способов повышения их мотивации к овладению нормами и стандартами иноязычной культуры. Методы исследования: сравнительно-сопоставительный анализ новейших исследований в области методики обучения иностранным языкам, использование и обработка данных психологической науки, методы дедукции и обобщения закономерностей. Результаты исследования отображают поставленные задачи и включают изучение теоретических пред- посылок к формированию межкультурной компетенции, выявление педагогических условий для создания эффективных стимулов к изучению иностранного языка в условиях "диалога культур", раз- работку рекомендаций для повышения мотивации студентов, чтобы расширить знания и научить их применять в будущей профессиональной деятельности. Выводы базируются на полученных итогах работы и позволяют утверждать, что повышение мотивации к формированию межкультурной компетенции возможно при условии обеспечения культурологического контекста иноязычного общения, при наличии у студентов социокультурных знаний и умений пользоваться нормами и стандартами межкультурного профессионального сотрудничества на иностранном языке. The relevance of the given research is determined by the necessity of further finding new ways how to improve the quality of foreign language education of students of non-linguistic specialties. The purpose of this study is to analyze scientific literature on the problems of forming cross-cultural competence with students, who learn English for professional communication, and on this basis find effective ways of mastering the norms and standards of a foreign culture, which can lead to increasing students' motivation to acquire cross-cultural knowledge and skills. Methods of the research embrace empirical and theoretical ones and include a comparative analysis of the modern scientific literature, using and processing the psychological data, methods of deduction and generalization of relevant phenomena. Results of the paper reflect the tasks of this research and include studying theoretical prerequisites for forming cross-cultural competence, revealing pedagogic conditions for creating effective stimuli for learning a foreign language in the conditions of “dialogue of cultures,” working out recommendations for increasing students' motivation to expand their knowledge and learn how to apply it in their future professional activity. Conclusions are based on the acquired results of the work and allow to claim that increasing students' motivation to forming cross-cultural competence can take place under the condition of providing cross-cultural context of communication, when the students acquire cross-cultural knowledge and skills how to use norms and standards of professional cooperation using a foreign language as a means of international communication. |
