| Riassunto: | Title screen As a highly populated country with lack of manpower and capital for building and developing, in recent years,Vietnam has tried to attract investment and received aid from abroad, including a large supply from VietnameseDiasporas. This article is written to serve as an introduction to the origin and formation of Vietnamese Diasporasbecause of their important role in Vietnam's economic growth. Furthermore, this article demonstrates their potentialimpact on Vietnam’s economy and points out their contribution to Vietnam’s economic development andhumanitarian assistance in the society. This paper also figures out some difficulties of Diasporas, facing inhomecoming and investment in their motherland. Thus, some solutions and new policies of Vietnamese government toattract Diasporas’ investment in their homeland are considered in this paper. Являясь густонаселенной страной с отсутствием рабочей силы и капитала для построения и развития, в последние годы, Вьетнам попытался привлечь инвестиции и получили помощь из-за рубежа, в том числе большой запас из вьетнамских диаспор. Эта статья написана, чтобы служить в качестве введения в происхождении и формировании вьетнамских диаспор из-за их важную роль в экономическом росте Вьетнама. Кроме того, эта статья демонстрирует их потенциальное влияние на экономику Вьетнама и указывает их вклад в экономическое развитие Вьетнама и гуманитарной помощи в обществе. Эта статья также выясняет некоторые трудности диаспор, перед в возвращении на родину и инвестиций в их родине.
