Методика определения веса работ для анализа комплексного выполнения физического объема объектов строительства в нефтегазовой отрасли

| Summary: | Заглавие с титульного листа Актуальность данной работы связана с адаптацией методов контроля и анализа управления строительством объектов на предприятиях нефтегазовой отрасли для предупреждения наступления рисковых случаев, смещающих или срывающих ввод объектов в эксплуатацию. Цель статьи: продемонстрировать применение нового метода контроля и анализа исполнения строительной готовности проектов нефтегазовой сферы. Методы исследования. В качестве основного инструментария для исследования был выбран метод освоенного объема (Earned Value Technique, EVT), который стал базой для разработки метода определения веса работы (Weight of Work, WOW), с учетом стоимости частных работ. Результаты. Опираясь на основы планирования работ проекта, отражены достоинства и недостатки известных методов контроля освоения объема. В данном исследовании продемонстрирован механизм реализации метода WOW, а также финансовый анализ с использованием методов освоенного объема, с целью оптимизации аналитической деятельности проектных групп. Контроль реализации проектов обустройства месторождений осуществляется преимущественно через отчетность. Чаще всего на практике руководству компании необходимо знать, насколько в общем готов тот или иной объект и сколько при этом затрачено денежных средств. The relevance of the article is connected with the adaptation of control and analysis methods of oil and gas project management in order to prevent the risks of rescheduling or disrupting the day of bringing projects into service. Aim of the article: to show the usage of a new control and analysis method of oil and gas management project. Methods. As the main instrument of the research was chosen the EVT method, which became the base for WOW method which considers the self-supporting cost of separate work. Results. Reasoning from theoretical planning foundation, are shown the pluses and minuses of widespread EVT methods. In the research we have demonstrated the mechanism of WOW method usage and the financial analysis based on EVT method for optimization of project group analytical activity. The realization control of oil and gas projects is exercised mostly by way of accounting. The most important information for company management is whether the project is ready or not and how much was spent on it. Nowadays such information is mostly based on expert view because till now there has not been a method, which could have shown the real connection with the fact data on the basis of project data of work. The WOW method, compared with the widespread EVT methods which are based on expert view, provides the real data and makes the project management “transparent”.
