| סיכום: | Заглавие с титульного листа В статье проведен анализ существующих подходов к анализу деятельности институтов и организаций развития и предложена их классификация. Дана оценка системных разрывов в понимании их роли и значения. Разработаны принципы классификации институтов развития. Декомпозиция про ведена до уровня институциональных функций и процессов, которые осуществляются в целом "об лаке" организаций. Также был проведен анализ влияния иностранных инвестиций и инвестиций,направляемых из России за рубеж, как параметров инвестиционной моделей развития. На основе данных статистики показано, что иностранные инвестиции не являются значимым инструментом развития отечественной экономики. The article enhances the existing approaches to the analysis of development institutions and organizationsand suggests their classification. The research paper assesses system gaps in the understanding of their roleand importance. It proposes the principles of development institutions classification. Decomposition is realizeddown to the level of institutional functions and processes that are fulfilled in the entire «cloud» of organizations.Was also conducted analysis of the impact of foreign investments and inward investment from Russiaabroad as the parameters of the investment patterns of investment development model. On the basis ofthe statistics, it is shown that foreign investments do not represent themselves as a significant tool for development.Development organizations which declare the possibility of development through foreign investmentsare not able to provide indicated results except for the individual projects in a limited number of regions.A hypothesis: foreign investments in Russia and investments from Russia abroad are circuit of the samefinancial resources. It is shown that performance of the development institutions is not obvious on the level ofthe national economy. As the result this classification is seen as a working tool for assessing the effectivenessof the institutions of the Russian economy. |
