| Резюме: | Заглавие с титульного листа Во всех странах мира наблюдаются тенденции старения населения. С учетом того, что численность людей пожилого возраста растет более высокими темпами, чем численность любой другой группы населения, для каждого государства мира проблема ухода за пожилыми людьми становится все более насущной. Вьетнам не является исключением. Старение населения - современный вызов для мирового сообщества, требующий разработки эффективных стратегических и тактических решений в области поддержки людей пожилого возраста, направленных на транс- формацию проблем старения населения в возможности, обеспечивающие благополучие людей. Необходимость критического переосмысления существующей системы ухода за пожилыми людьми обусловила актуальность темы исследования. Цель работы - определить направления совершенствования системы ухода за людьми пожилого возраста Вьетнама. The tendencies of population ageing have been observed recently in most countries all over the world. Taking intoaccount the fact, that the number of elder people increases more rapidly than one of any other population group, theproblem of care system of elderly becomes more and more relevant. Vietnam is no exception in this case. Populationageing is a contemporary challenge for the world-wide society. It requires the development of the effectivestrategic and tactic decisions in the sphere of care of elder people, aimed at transformation of the population ageingchallenges into opportunities which provide people’s welfare. The necessity of critical re-thinking of current caresystem for elder people determines relevance of the research topic. The main aim of the study is to determine theways of perfection of the care system of the Vietnamese older people. Comparative analysis of statistic data aboutthe demographic structure of the Vietnamese population and the morbidity structure of the Vietnamese seniors, andsituation analyses are used as the methods of the study. Specific features and conditions of the system of care ofelderly people in Vietnam are studied. The conclusions and proposals to enhance the system of care of the olderpeople are drawn. The paper resulted in the idea that the system of properly coordinated measures of the state andsociety is the main factor of the stable development of the care system of elder people in future. |
