Freelancing as a new form of staff employment

| Sumari: | Title screen The paper discusses new opportunities in the labour market that are related to freelancing. The number of freelancers in Russia is increasing annually. This type of job can solve the problem of employment for those populations who for various reasons cannot work in offices, but can be arranged to work at home. Freelance helps to raise income levels and solve the problem of employment in remote areas of the country where it is difficult to find work, as it was done in due time in the United States. The theoretical characteristic of freelancing and the relationship between different categories of employment are described; the current state of the free employment in Russia is assessed. В данной статье рассматриваются новые возможности на рынке труда, связанные с фрилансом. Данный вид занятости может решить проблемы трудоустройства для тех слоев населения, которые, в силу различных причин и обязательств, не имеют возможности работать в офисах, однако могут организовать работу на дому. Эта работа также способствует повышению уровня доходов населения и решению проблем занятости на удаленных территориях страны, где сложно найти работу, как это было сделано в свое время в США. |
