Any enterprise is primarily the people who work in it, every manager should identify people at office, has to create the successful team with well-prepared managers. This article summarizes the main roles of those team members who facilitate a company’s effective functioning. Любое предприятие это в первую очередь, люди, которые работают на нем, каждый руководитель должен определить определенный набор специалистов-менеджеров на должности, то есть собрать команду. В данной статье приведены те члены команды, с которыми предприятие будет эффективно функционировать. |
