Zusammenfassung:	Title screen This article reflects on Chinese migrants, the Huaqiao phenomenon which is widespread nowadays. The aim of the article to provide a reader with some data on ethnic Chinese activity, with the help of whom Peopleґs Republic of China managed to succeed in economic and social modernization. The article can be devided into some parts. The first part deals with actual information about huaqiao. The second covers the events of upcoming breaks in the mobilization of investment. The third touches upon the problem of practical experience usage for Russia. According to the text it turns out that Chinese model of colloboration with immigrants is quite reasonable that could be put forward for Russian development. Данная статья посвящена вопросу феномену хуацяо, который уже не первый десяток лет порождает достаточно большое количество исследований. Зарубежные общины этнических китайцев не только многочисленны, но и обладают значительным экономическим потенциалом, сплоченностью, позволяя действовать как единый организм. Приводятся статистические данные о численности хуацяо, их деятельности в мире, что дает представление о том, насколько данный феномен значителен для КНР. Главный акцент делается на инвестиции хуацяо, благодаря которым проводилась модернизация экономики КНР. Что касается России, в данном контексте приходится говорить о расширении контактов с российскими мигрантами, беря за основу опыт Китая.
