Summary:	Title screen The article reveals a cost recovery for the implementation of Quality Management System and assessment funds allocated for staff motivation as an example gas company. The author calculates and demonstrates cost-effective implementation of the QMS. Статья показывает окупаемость затрат на внедрение системы менеджмента качества и оценку объема средств, направляемых на мотивацию персонала на примере газовой компании. Автор просчитывает и демонстрирует экономическую эффективность внедрения системы менеджмента качества. Автор считает: - годовой экономический эффект; - расчетный коэффициент эффективности капитальных вложений;- срок окупаемости системы. В заключении отображаются основными выводы, сделанные после внедрения системы менеджмента качества, главные плюсы и проблемы.
