| الملخص: | Заглавие с титульного листа Administrative and managerial structure of quality management at higher educational institutions is considered. The competency, functions, tasks of HEIs departments are pointed out. The basic principles of quality policy and the ways of its realization at HEIs are formulated. The structure of Quality control system, concerning specialist's training, considered as a subsystem of Quality Management System is given. |
