The article gives a conceptual glimpse of problems, and purposes of informatizations of educational segment in KBR, with provision for particularities and conditions of work in the field of informatizations. The article gives detailed analyses problem for management process of informatization in KBR, if also considers the problems of management of informatization processes and possibility for using an industrial approach if the regular designs of federal level available as well as regional structures of informatization: on the base of territorial-portioned regional center system for informatizations (RCI), new information technology centers (CNIT) and Internet university centers (IUC) with the purposes of ensuring united policy in the field of informatizations of the education. If impossible, the only single way is the approach that uses corporative informatization systems. |
