The integrated system of engineering education (ISEE) as a strategic priority of Moscow Institute of Electronic Technology (Technical University) (TU MIET) is considered. Such continuous education system expanding on all levels of professional education from college up to high education is oriented on the satisfaction of regional needs in professional resources. For this purpose Russian Electronic College (REC) was created in TU MIET in 2000. Educational programs of REC on electronic specialties are organized such way that allow students to continue their education in the university and graduate it in reduced time. The main feature of college curriculums is the partnership and collaboration of REC, the university and plants of Russian Electronic Holding so that students receive not only an educational degree but also professional experience. Some results and developing trends of ISEE are discussed.
