A review of the general aspects of business communication is given: definition of communication, features of business communication, elements of communication process and the most popular communication models. Sender and receiver roles in communication process are also viewed, the rules of business correspondence are discussed as well. Some aspects of oral and verbal business communication are also shown. The textbook is designed and recommended for foreign students following the bachelor degree program in management and academic exchange program at TPU.
