In the production of construction materials are consumed a significant amount of natural mineral resources that requires a large amount of energy. In connection with constant increase of energy costs is actual to reduce the energy consumption both in the production of efficient building materials and service life of buildings. The decrease in construction costs is provided by the use of new effective structural materials due to industrial wastes.
