Complexes for continuous measurement of density of a stream of radon from an earth surface can be useful for studying of dependence between dynamics of a field of undersoil radon and changes of intensedeformed conditions of earth crust, and also litosferno-atmospheric correlations. Their usage at monitoring stations together with devices for measurement of porous activity of radon in soil air will allow to increase reliability of estimations, and also will give the chance to define or specify parametres of model of carrying over of radon in the geological environment and ground atmosphere. The increase radon concentration in fractured zones has found application in research of tectonic movements in areas of the raised seismic activity. Today supervision over the specified physical processes is used for monitoring of seismic activity in India, Israel, the USA, Taiwan, Turkey and in other countries. For design of similar systems of monitoring in Russia special devices should be created. These ones should satisfy a number of features of our country, for example, abnormal weather conditions during the winter-spring seasons of year.
