| Summary: | Заглавие с экрана In order to assess the possibility of X-rays fluorescence of heavy elements using electron beams the output of characteristic radiation from K-shell of Au was calculated. The angular dependence of the characteristic radiation and the background radiation to the backward hemisphere was obtained. It is shown that there is a high yield of characteristic radiation on one electron, and a relatively low bremsstrahlung background. |
