Dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry is widely used in medicine, but not yet in industry. It is due to limitations caused by dependence of the method on precision of chosen mass attenuation coefficients. Dualenergy X-ray absorptiometry with coupling equation has been recently developed. This method overcomes the limitation and only depends on apparatus instability. In current work the device for the method evaluation was assessed and high apparatus stability was shown.
