Within nanotoxicology researchers constantly look for the best ways to prepare suspensions, which could be effectively used to deliver nano- and microparticles to the test organisms. The paper shows the effect of processing time on the aqueous dispersion of nano- and micropowders. The role of particle’ shape in the formation of aggregation-stable sols and suspensions on the base of nano- and microstructured powders of ZrO2, Y2O3 and Al2O3, obtained by plasma-chemical synthesis, has been demonstrated.
