| Summary: | Electrical machines quality management includes three constituents, i.e. quality assurance, quality management and quality increase. There is a need to develop a matched information system for practical implementation of these problems during design and manufacturing. The quality of electrical machines is available by manufacturing accuracy to a large extent. The authors have developed accuracy theory of electrical machines which is a methodological basis of quality management of electrotechnical production. The peculiarity of electrical machines compared with the other units lies in the fact that one should provide functional interchangeability according to electrical, mechanical and thermal parameters. This fact significantly complicates an information system. The purpose of the given investigation is the development of a quality shaping model in the manufacturing of induction motors which is the basis for a quality management information system. Practical implementation of this model has been made for induction motors which are the most widespread electrical machines. The developed model is adequate and allows to calculate spread and tolerances of quality indices, to evaluate technological errors value during manufacturing. Mathematical simulation of larger rating induction motors has been carried out. As a result information system data for quality management during manufacturing have been obtained. These data will be used for quality prediction, quantitative quality evaluation during technology change and quality management development. |
